The bribery happened last year in California, and the value of 200 iPad's is about 70.000 dollars. Prosecution has announced on Monday, that they have filed an indictment for 50-year-old Thomas Moyer and two policeman's.
Ring Sung and James Jensen are accused for taking bribe for weapons permit.
Moyer's lawyer, Ed Swanson has announced that he is innocent, Apple has said that they have done a research and that their employee did not do anything wrong.
