New elected president of America Joe Biden has decided ho will take place for a defense minister, and that will be retired general Loyd Austin . He will be become the first African-American which has a chief position in Pentagon.

General Austin will be one of the leading persons in Pentagon which was at the head of American Central command of military fight command and leaded with American strength in Iraq, Yemen, Syria and Afghanistan.
