By their statistic Joe Biden is a new president of the USA, he has already collected 273 votes, and 270 is enough for victory.
Business Insider is not the only media which has announced Biden's victory several more of them has.
If Biden takes Pennsylvania, which caries 20 votes, that will be enough for him to get to 270 needed votes, still 90.000 votes has left to count in this country, but for now Biden has the lead. Even if they do not count Arizona still Biden is the winner.
