The war in Bosnia in Herzegovina could be stopped weeks and weeks earlier and could be ended without genocide in Srebrenica, but for that was a lack of political will, before every the political will in France, which is announced "guilty" for prolonging agony and they have been set on the "aggressor" side, writes Al Jazeera Balkans.

Guillaumea Ancela is a former UN officer, UN during the Bosnian war were are peacekeeping forces, their goal was to eliminate all those who are threating to Sarajevo. Guillaumea claims that UN was not there for peace but for prolonging agony.

For many things happened is France guilty, said former UN officer, because they did not wanted to clash with Serbs forces, which were killing civilians because of Elysee palace support. Serbs have know that they will not be punished because on the head of UNPROFOR was a French Bernard Jenvier.

After publishing his book, "Ice cold wind above Sarajevo", Ancela wanted to talk about the war period to Al Jazeera Balkans , on 25th anniversary of Dayton agreement.

France officer said that UN in Bosnia and Herzegovina was on the mission which they were not allowed to accomplished it. They were not there to protect the civils but to help Serbs to ethnically cleansed Muslims from this country.
