Professor on the Washington's University "Johns Hopkins" Daniel Serwer, has announced that he does not believe that there will be that much changes for Balkan, when the new American president, Joe Biden gets in the White house.

His believe is that Biden will get back on the traditional politics on Balkan. "That is giving support to the territorial integrity and sovereignty to all countries, Kosovo, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, but that does not mean that the new government will ignore all Trump's moves," said professor Daniel.

His believe is that the Washington's government will stay by the idea that Kosovo and Serbia need to normalize their relations and maybe try to normalize their economy as well. 

"It is well known that all countries of Balkan are connected with, so named, mini Schengen and that Kosovo and Serbia will build a better economy if all countries of Balkan do the same," added Serwer, and continued: 

"To be honest, I think that Aleksandar Vucic has clearly set a point that he will not be president of Serbia, which will admit Kosovo as independent and sovereign country, and that is what is in need to normalize the relations. If he is not ready, that will delayed for some other times, unfortunately for Kosovo's government".
